Work
experience
My work experience started way before I got my first degree. In 2012, I was part of the "1000 PeaceWomen Across The World" book's translation team. Then, in 2013 I started teaching English in different levels, from basic to advanced, and tutoring students with difficulties in High School and University English exams. That same year I began giving basic English, Reading Comprehension and Translation lessons to residents in the General Surgery Training Program of the San Bernardo Hospital (City of Salta). This led to many opportunities of dealing with and translating medical texts
from different specialities. From that moment on, I have translated as a freelancer in different areas such as biology, finance, sport and, of course, health care. After a year of intense studying to get my degree, in 2015 I worked in the No. 5085 Marino Moreno High School, located in General Güemes, Salta, as an English tutor within the "Plan Mejoras", to improve student's grades. In April 2016 I joined the teacher's team of "Elite Center for English Studies", a very prestigious English Language Institute located in the City of Salta. I worked there with three groups of students in different levels. In March 2017, I finished translating the novel "Mixed Up" by Sky Corgan into Spanish, now available for purchase in Apple, Amazon, Barnes & Noble and Kobo. Nowadays, I am working on the translation of the thriller novel "Murder Has Consequences" by Giacomo Giammateo, and keep on trasnalting other documents as a freelancer.
